Managed two US Army helicopter fuel control module testing efforts. Coordinated team of seven. Led LDRA Testbed training. Acted as Primary Customer Contact. Represented customer in meetings with engine manufacturer, Army and other contractors. Created Testing to SRS tracability matrix in DOORS. Used RCS, GreenHills compiler and Adamulti debugger, LDRA Testbed as well as a proprietary testing platform using MicroSoft Word VB scripting to generate C driver code from tables.

Presented trial lawyer and staff with technical findings.

Planned and implemented call tracking proceedures including a LOTUS NOTES based system. The new system decreased the time before a customer reached a qualified technician, decreased time to resolution, guaranteed work would proceed if the previously assigned technician was unavailable, provided valuable performance measurements, and integrated sales, marketing, development and support information.
