Planned and implemented call tracking proceedures including a LOTUS NOTES based system. The new system decreased the time before a customer reached a qualified technician, decreased time to resolution, guaranteed work would proceed if the previously assigned technician was unavailable, provided valuable performance measurements, and integrated sales, marketing, development and support information. Designed and managed development of numerous custom software projects. Designed training materials and provided training for Customers, Distributors, Alliance Partners and other departments. Managed team responsible for all internal systems including test environments for all the technologies list above as well as PC and LAN hardware, NetScape Commerce Server, File Servers, and email for offices in Farmington CT, Berkshire, England and Oslo, Norway. Planned and managed systems integration for merger and move. All systems were running as before without interuption during business hours. Most systems were integrated within one week.
